Laura joined HB Wealth in May 2026 as Senior Manager, Human Resources. She works closely with executive leadership to align people strategies with organizational priorities, build a strong culture, develop talent, and create a scalable infrastructure that supports long-term growth.
Before joining HB Wealth, Laura served as Chief Human Resources Officer at PointeNorth Insurance Group for over 10 years, where she led enterprise human resources strategy and workforce planning, culture development, organizational strategy and effectiveness, talent development, and initiatives supporting organizational growth.
She believes people are at the center of every successful organization and is committed to building environments that develop talent, strengthen workplace culture, and help organizations thrive.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Georgia. She holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.
Laura lives Cumming with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, watching football, and traveling.
