Katie joined HB Wealth in 2010 after relocating from Charleston, South Carolina. As a Senior Operations Associate, Katie plays a key role in supporting the Wealth Advisor and Client Service teams with all things Black Diamond related, especially adding outside accounts via ACD and ByAllAccounts. Outside of her regular duties, Katie is a member of the Fun Work Committee (FWC) and works to promote a culture of inclusion and fun among the HB Wealth offices.
Before joining HB Wealth, Katie spent her college years working primarily in the event planning industry.
Katie is an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta (JLA). Through JLA, she volunteers with Wellspring Living, where she engages with and supports young women in the local community.
Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication from the College of Charleston.
Outside of work, Katie is a member of the Virginia Highland Church and the Junior League of Atlanta. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring all that Atlanta has to offer, reading, snuggling with her cat Tilly, and spending quality time with family and friends.
