Gina Martin Adams, CFA, CMT, is the Chief Market Strategist for HB Wealth. With more than 25 years of experience at leading global financial institutions, Adams brings deep expertise in market analysis, thematic research, and translating complex economic trends into actionable strategies. She collaborates with HB Wealth’s investment team to deliver timely market perspectives, share actionable insights, and enhance the firm’s visibility as a leading voice in the industry. She contributes to advancing proprietary research, supporting the development of new investment products, and enhancing the client experience through thought leadership and education. She pursues a top-down perspective and model-based approach, leveraging fundamental, technical, and quantitative perspectives to inform investment decisions, and frequently presents her views in the media and at industry conferences, professional associations and investment organizations.

Prior to joining HB Wealth, she was the Chief Equity Strategist and Global Head of Equity Strategy for Bloomberg Intelligence. In this role, she covered the global equity markets, built and managed a global team of analysts covering equity markets, funds and thematics, and designed portfolio strategies licensed as benchmarks for publicly issued ETFs. Prior to that, she was the head of U.S. Equity Strategy for Wells Fargo Securities, where she provided analysis and investment allocation recommendations for Wells Fargo Securities’ institutional clients, an economist for Wachovia Bank, and an investment strategy analyst for Evergreen Asset Management.

Gina is on the Board of Directors for the CMT Association and serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

Gina has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Market Technician designations, is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of New York, and is on the Board of Directors for the CMT Association. She is also a member of the Financial Women’s Association and 100 Women in Finance.
