Armond Reese joined HB Wealth in July 2026 as a Senior Institutional Advisor and Shareholder, bringing more than 25 years of experience serving nonprofit organizations, including private foundations, endowments, healthcare foundations, and public charities.
Prior to joining HB Wealth, Armond served as Regional Practice Leader for Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama in Truist Bank’s Foundation and Endowment Specialty Practice, where he led a team and oversaw investment management and new business development across the region. Throughout his career, Armond has advised nonprofit organizations with significant assets under management, helping clients design customized investment strategies, strengthen governance, and achieve their long-term financial objective. Armond is recognized for building trusted client relationships and delivering thoughtful, strategic investment guidance.
Armond earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations.
He lives in Peachtree City, Georgia, with his wife and four children and remains active in the community through nonprofit board service. He currently serves as Trustee for the Jesse Parker Williams Foundation (Atlanta, GA), Trustee for Flagler College and Vice Chair for the Flagler College Endowment Fund, Inc. (St. Augustine, FL), and Investment Committee Chair for the CDC Foundation (Atlanta, GA). In his free time, Armond enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.
