Connor joined HB Wealth in June 2025 as a Private Investments Intern. He continued to intern part-time in Fall/Winter 2025 during his last semester as a Master of Finance graduate student at the University of Maryland. Having finished his studies, Connor transitioned into a full-time role at HB Wealth as a Private Markets Analyst. In his role, Connor is responsible for assisting the private investment team in manager research, portfolio monitoring, firm-wide communications, and administration of the HB Wealth Investment Platform. His work spans across private equity, growth equity, venture capital, private credit, opportunistic investments, special situations, infrastructure, and other nontraditional private investment strategies.
Prior to joining HB Wealth, Connor completed multiple internships across private equity, financial services, and the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, he served as a Private Equity Intern at Protective Technologies Capital. Before that, he held an Operational Risk Management internship at Sallie Mae. His first professional internship was with Pfizer, where he worked as a Business Analytics & Insights Intern at the global biopharmaceutical company.
Connor graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland in December 2024. During his undergraduate studies, he was also recognized as a Terrapin Scholar, a merit‑based scholarship awarded by the University of Maryland, for academic achievement, professional accomplishments, and personal success. After receiving his Master of Finance from the University of Maryland in December 2025 and becoming a full-time Investments team member, Connor intends to sit for the CFA Level 1 Exam in November 2026.
In his spare time, Connor enjoys exercising, being outdoors, following soccer and baseball, and visiting his family.
