Tanya joined HB Wealth in November 2025 as an Operations Associate, Investment Operations. In her role, she assists in the administration and facilitation of our clients’ private investments, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth operational processes. Her role supports the firm’s overall efficiency by maintaining data integrity, coordinating with investment teams, and delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Before joining HB Wealth, Tanya worked as a Revenue Account Analyst at Norfolk Southern, where she managed revenue accounting processes including billing, reconciliation, and reporting. She ensured accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies, maintained timely invoicing to support cash flow, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhanced overall efficiency.
Tanya is the first full-time hire at HB Wealth who is a graduate of Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School and its Corporate Work Study Program. This milestone reflects the firm’s commitment to its partnership with CRAJHS and the value of investing in future talent. As a former student of the program, she is proud to bring that experience full circle and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Tanya received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and local events, and spending quality time with friends and family.
