Mati joined HB Wealth in April 2026 as the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing. In his role, he is responsible for generating new prospects and leads for HB Wealth through our paid and organic digital marketing efforts.
Before joining HB Wealth, Mati spent 5 years as the digital marketing lead at Floor and Decor. His main responsibilities included SEM, Display, Video, Social analytics, and tracking. He also spent 7 years at media agencies working on big-name clients.
Mati earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and went on to receive his Master’s in Public Relations with an emphasis on Digital Marketing.
In his spare time, Mati enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his wife and three young boys. He enjoys watching sports, working out, and traveling.
