Rebecca Warner

Rebecca joined HB Wealth in September 2025. She works closely with multi-generational families with complex balance sheets, private business owners, and family offices to support their long-term financial goals through thoughtful, customized advice. She delivers the firm’s comprehensive wealth management solutions, including cash flow planning, investment management, estate planning, and coordinated financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. With a deep understanding of her clients’ financial lives, Rebecca is able to anticipate needs, uncover opportunities, and offer practical, forward-looking guidance as their priorities evolve.

Before joining HB Wealth, Rebecca spent over 9 years at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, during which time she delivered solutions across investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Before J.P. Morgan, Rebecca worked as a Market Research Specialist for Falcon Capital Advisors in Washington, D.C.

Rebecca is a member of the Mecklenburg County Colonial Dames and Mint Museum Auxiliary and is involved in Madelyn’s Fund.

Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Tony King, CFA

Tony joined HB Wealth in February 2025 as a Managing Director. He uses his 25 years of experience in the wealth advisory industry to help clients achieve their goals and objectives while adhering to the highest ethical and fiduciary standards. Tony’s areas of expertise include asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.

Prior to joining HB, Tony was a Managing Partner and Director of Private Wealth with Asset Strategy Consultants, President and Founder of the Belay Group, and Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities.

Tony is a board member and co-founder of The Josie King Foundation. He also serves on the board of Smart Patients.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and member of The CFA Institute, Tony earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University.

Michael A. Woocher, CFP®, J.D.

Michael A. Woocher joined HB Wealth in April 2024 as a Shareholder and Chief Advisory Officer. In this role, he will lead the firm’s accomplished group of financial advisors, position the firm for continued growth by developing its next generation of advisors, and attract and integrate new advisors related to future strategic hires and acquisitions. Michael will also stay directly connected to the client experience by advising a select group of HB Wealth’s Family Office client relationships.

Prior to joining HB Wealth, Michael was Managing Director at Bernstein Private Wealth Management from 2015-2024, leading its Atlanta office and serving as lead advisor for a small group of distinguished families. Michael was an executive and advisor at SunTrust Bank and GenSpring Family Offices, its ultra-high-net-worth family office affiliate, from 1997-2014, a tenure which included roles as President of GenSpring’s Buckhead Family Office and later as GenSpring’s Head of Client Development. Michael has been guiding wealthy families on investments, income and transfer tax planning, risk management, philanthropy and family engagement, governance, and communication for more than 25 years.

Michael graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He received his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Michael is an active participant in the Atlanta community. He is a current Board Member and incoming Chair of the Endowment Committee of The Lovett School. He previously served on the Boards of the Atlanta History Center, the William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum, and the Friends of the First Tee of East Lake. He is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and Fiduciary Section of the State Bar of Georgia.

Michael lives in Buckhead with his wife Katherine. They have four sons and a Golden Retriever named Herschel (Go Dawgs!). When not in the office, Michael enjoys time with his family as well as golf, fishing, cooking, and exploring small towns throughout the south.

 

Gavron Campbell, CFP®

Gavron joined HB Wealth in July 2022 and serves as a Senior Advisory Associate in HB Wealth’s Family Office division. She is responsible for developing comprehensive financial and investment strategies for clients. Gavron is also involved with the HB Wealth internal retirement planning team, where she assists HB Wealth advisors and clients on nuanced questions. She is always looking for new ways to learn and grow within her role.

She graduated from Washington & Lee University where she served three years on the Executive Committee (Honor Council/Class Officers), with one year as Vice President for the undergraduate and law school. Gavron earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in July 2024.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active alongside friends and family. This may entail going for a hike or participating in a wide variety of sports including soccer, swimming, yoga, tennis, and pickleball.

Stephen Jackson, CFP®

Stephen joined HB Wealth in December 2021 after spending two years with an independent financial planning firm based in Milledgeville, GA.

Stephen received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Berry College. He also completed the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Executive Program for Financial Planning in 2021. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

Stephen lives in Johns Creek with his wife, Emily. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with dog, Luna.

Jimmy Trimble, CFP®, CEPA

Jimmy joined HB Wealth as Director of Business Development in 2019. He brings over 30 years of experience in the fields of Wealth Management and Financial Services, where he has enjoyed helping many individuals, families, and businesses with their financial and wealth strategy.

Prior to joining HB Wealth, Jimmy spent most of his career in the banking industry, focusing on Commercial & Private Banking and Specialty Lending. He founded the Private Banking Group of Fidelity Bank, which he led from 2007-2014.

Jimmy is a graduate of the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech and earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University. He obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2002, Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation in 2024, and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Jimmy serves the community in various roles including Treasurer of Northside United Methodist Church and the Life-to-Eagle coordinator for Boy Scout Troop 298. He is also active in the men’s ministry and high school ministry at Northside Methodist Church. Previously, he served as a Georgia Tech Alumni Trustee, including three years on the Executive Committee. He was a member of the Advisory Committees of the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and the Georgia Tech College of Interactive Computing as well as a board member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and a long-time member of the Pace Academy Annual Fund team. Jimmy has also chaired several non-profits and civic organizations including the Academy of Medicine, Camp Evergreen, and Proactive Ministries.

Jimmy and his wife Laura live in Buckhead and have a daughter who is a consultant in Atlanta and a son studying Finance at UGA.

Evan Byers, CFA, CFP®, CAIA

Evan currently serves as a Senior Wealth Advisor, Institutional Investment Strategist, and Shareholder in HB Wealth’s Family Office division. He offers clients more than 13 years of comprehensive wealth management experience, serving as an advisor to institutions, non-profit organizations, and high-net-worth individuals (including multi-generational family offices, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs). Prior to joining HB Wealth, Evan was an Investment Strategist for SunTrust Bank. In that role, he managed client portfolios for both ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Prior to this role, Evan served as an Investment Associate at GenSpring Family Offices, SunTrust’s multi-family office subsidiary, which provides independent advice to ultra-high net worth families.

Evan holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree from Xavier University. He is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Evan maintains a volunteer position with InheritGA – The Georgia Trust for Historical Preservation and enjoys spending time participating in various financial literacy initiatives sponsored by the CFA Society of Atlanta. He lives with his wife (Paige), son (Baer), and their nine-year-old Goldendoodle (Jax) in Buckhead.

Bill Bolen, CFP®, CFA

Bill is an experienced wealth advisor and leader in HB Wealth’s Family Office division who works with ultra-high net-worth families to help them navigate the markets and manage their financial lives.

Prior to joining HB Wealth in 2009, Bill served most recently as leader of the Terwilliger Family Office and as the first President of the Atlanta Dream WNBA sports franchise. Bill brings a wide range of expertise to the firm, ranging from family office management and investment management to executive advisory services and professional services management.  He started his professional services career as a manager at McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta office before co-founding The DaVinci Group, a strategy and marketing consulting firm based in Atlanta that eventually became TopRight.  During his consulting career, Bill was also responsible for leading the consulting effort for a number of metro Atlanta initiatives to improve the quality of life and economic growth including the creation of the Atlanta BeltLine, the Metro Atlanta Transportation Initiative, and the Mayor’s Affordable Workforce Housing Task Force.

Bill received his M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in marketing where he received the Outstanding Senior Award for the University.  Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He was chosen as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2008.  In addition to appearances on CNBC and local Atlanta television stations, he has been featured in articles in Barron’s, The New York Times, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and Georgia Trend.

An active member of the community, Bill has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Park Conservancy, Ansley Park Civic Association, Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, Mount Paran Christian School, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, and the Community Advisory Board for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He is an active supporter of the Atlanta Botanical Garden and High Museum of Art. Bill is a member of the CFA Institute and Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals.
