Garrett joined HB Wealth in January 2024 and serves as a Senior Advisory Associate within the Financial Planning team. He helps families gain confidence in navigating their financial decisions by assisting in developing their comprehensive financial and investment strategies.
Before joining HB Wealth, Garrett worked for two years with Grant Thornton LLP in Atlanta. During his public accounting career, he served corporations by calculating and consulting them on their tax expenses and liabilities.
Garrett received his Master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and graduated from Georgia College & State University with a B.S. in accounting. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
An active member of the community, Garrett serves as a youth volunteer leader at his church, Trinity Westside. He and his wife actively participate in nonprofit organizations such as the Westside Future Fund.
Garrett currently lives around the upper west side of Atlanta with his wife. He enjoys outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, fishing, camping), watching and playing sports (specifically the Georgia Bulldogs), and spending time with family and friends.
