Bryan Walls, J.D.

Bryan joined HB Wealth in September 2025 and works as a Wealth Advisor. He focuses on the alignment of client priorities, goals, and values with their financial plans, as well as cash flow analysis, investment strategy, risk and tax mitigation, and legacy/philanthropic planning. In his work, he offers proactive guidance with thorough execution and implementation.

Before joining HB Wealth, Bryan most recently worked with Wealth Enhancement (previously JOYN) for 7 years. Prior to that, he worked at Personal Capital (now Empower) for 8 months. He started his career in the industry with Fidelity Investments in 2010, where he worked for 7 years.

Bryan is a six-year recipient of the Atlanta Five-Star Wealth Manager award, winning the award in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Bryan received a degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and went on to receive his J.D. from Southern University Law Center.

In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and 2-year-old son, fitness and exercise, movies, and experiencing new restaurants.

Rebecca Warner

She works closely with multi-generational families with complex balance sheets, private business owners, and family offices to support their long-term financial goals through thoughtful, customized advice. She delivers the firm’s comprehensive wealth management solutions, including cash flow planning, investment management, estate planning, and coordinated financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. With a deep understanding of her clients’ financial lives, Rebecca is able to anticipate needs, uncover opportunities, and offer practical, forward-looking guidance as their priorities evolve.

Before joining HB Wealth, Rebecca spent over 9 years at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, during which time she delivered solutions across investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Before J.P. Morgan, Rebecca worked as a Market Research Specialist for Falcon Capital Advisors in Washington, D.C.

Rebecca is a member of the Mecklenburg County Colonial Dames and Mint Museum Auxiliary and is involved in Madelyn’s Fund.

Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Andrea Smith

She serves ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, executives, and single-family offices, helping them achieve their financial objectives and manage the opportunities of their wealth. Andrea leverages her extensive experience to provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and strategic estate planning.

Before joining HB Wealth, Andrea spent 7 years at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, during which time she delivered the firm’s full suite of wealth management solutions across investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking. Prior to her time at J.P. Morgan, Andrea worked at FTI Consulting as an Executive Compensation Senior Consultant, evaluating performance plans and designing executive pay structures.

Andrea serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Impact Fund, a Charlotte-based collective giving organization, and is also an active member of the Mint Museum Auxiliary.

Andrea graduated from Vanderbilt University and went on to receive her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Brittan Fussell, CFP®

Brittan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning from Georgia State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

In his spare time, Brittan enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his wife and two young children. When he’s not cheering on the Falcons and Braves, you may find him cooking, gardening, playing pickleball, or watching movies.

Michael Binnicker, CFP®

Mike joined HB Wealth in August 2025 as a Shareholder and Senior Wealth Advisor, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in comprehensive wealth management. Before joining HB Wealth, he spent almost nine years at Balentine in Atlanta, where he served as a Principal and Senior Relationship Manager. In that role, he advised high-net-worth individuals and families on complex investment strategies, tax optimization, and multi-generational estate planning, with an emphasis on aligning wealth with long-term family utility and legacy goals.

Earlier in his career, Mike was an Investment Associate at JP Morgan Advisors, where he supported portfolio construction and client relationship management. He began his career at AllianceBernstein in the Atlanta office, spending eight years developing expertise in financial planning, asset allocation, and client engagement, forming the foundation for his long-term success in serving sophisticated client needs.

Michael earned his B.B.A. in Management with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2004. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a member of the Financial Planning Association of Georgia, a graduate of the Atlanta Philanthropic Advisor Leadership Institute, and a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council.

Michael lives in Dunwoody with his wonderful wife and two energetic sons who keep life anything but boring. In his rare moments of quiet, he enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, reflecting on paradoxes, and passionately supporting the Georgia Bulldogs, although he often succumbs to the questionable choice of cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.

Sam Callard, J.D.

Sam joined HB Wealth in January 2025 as a Senior Wealth Advisor and member of the private investments team after working with WMS Partners since August 2016. Sam works with numerous families on all aspects of their financial lives, including helping manage their investment portfolios, analyzing cash flows, advising on life and property insurance, and serving as a partner in the oversight of myriad other components of clients’ financial pictures. Having become a wealth manager from another profession (corporate lawyer), Sam prides himself on being an independent thinker when it comes to solving problems for clients. He finds himself equally comfortable explaining “words” (e.g., legal documents) to clients as he is walking clients through “numbers” (e.g., performance metrics).

Before joining HB Wealth, Sam was Vice President at Matheys Lane Capital Management L.P., a multi-family office based in Providence, Rhode Island. In 2021, Matheys Lane was purchased by SCS Financial, which is headquartered in Boston. During his six years at Matheys Lane, Sam worked with client families on all aspects of their balance sheets, investment portfolios, and estate plans; he also led the due diligence and monitoring processes in connection with all manner of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds. Prior to Matheys Lane, Sam was a practicing corporate attorney at Seward & Kissel LLP, a law firm in New York City. There, he represented hedge funds and investment advisers to hedge funds.

Since 2022, Sam has served on the Board of Trustees of the Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) as a member of the BMA’s Investment Committee. Since 2023, he has served as the Chair of the Investment Committee.

Sam has a J.D. cum laude from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College. In addition, he is a member of the New York State Bar. Sam has passed Level II of the CFA examination.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife (an elementary school music teacher) and two daughters. His hobbies include trying to read all the periodicals he subscribes to, running, watching a significant amount of men’s and women’s professional tennis, actually playing tennis, as well as fun trips and meals with his family. New York City, Paris, and Providence, Rhode Island, are some of his family’s favorites.

Gosia Elashmawy, CFP®

Gosia collaborates with clients to develop holistic, personalized financial plans to help them achieve their personal and financial goals. Gosia specializes in cash flow and retirement planning and helps families make appropriate decisions for their financial future.

Gosia joined WMS Partners as an intern and has progressed to become a Senior Advisor and Shareholder.

Gosia is involved in the FPA of Maryland and is a co-chair of their Pro-Bono Committee. She also volunteers with Savvy Ladies, helping women with their financial planning questions.

Gosia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from The Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Lesa Crosser, AWMA®

Lesa joined HB Wealth in January 2025 after working with WMS Partners for 14 years. Lesa works with clients to develop comprehensive investment and cash flow strategies to meet their short and long-term needs and objectives, and to design and evolve tax and estate plans to fulfill their legacy intentions.

While at WMS Partners, Lesa spent many years working with high-net-worth individuals and families, advising clients and contributing to the firm in various leadership and committee roles. She began her wealth management career working with clients at Legg Mason in Baltimore, and also spent time advising individual and institutional clients at Citigroup Smith Barney.

Lesa is passionate about service and giving back to the community. She has led financial workshops for graduating college seniors and workshops providing practical financial and investment education to students. Lesa supports Caroline Center, a Baltimore non-profit helping women transform their lives. She is a past Board Member and former Chair of the Investment Committee. She also served on the UMMS St. Joseph Medical Center Advisory Council. Lesa is active in her church and community, volunteering and supporting St. Margaret School and community outreach projects.

Lesa is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®), which encompasses comprehensive planning and investment management expertise.

Lesa adores spending time at the beach and in the mountains. While she relishes a good book, she is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, boating, and lots more as long as it’s under a big blue or starry sky. Lesa is also fond of preparing delicious cuisine and pairing courses with interesting wines and is famous in some parts for her Chesapeake and Southern culinary comfort creations. One of Lesa’s greatest pleasures is traveling with her family, exploring new destinations, and celebrating new adventures.

Jackson Finigan III, CFP®

Before joining HB Wealth, Jackson and his wife lived in NYC, where he worked for wealth management groups at J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Jackson has volunteered and worked with Harlem Lacrosse, the Ulman Foundation, and the Willie Fund.

Jackson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and his MBA with a major in Finance from the University of Delaware. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He was a Division 1 lacrosse player for the University of Delaware and a 3-time captain for the program.

In his spare time, Jackson enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family, including his wife and daughter. He is also an avid Boston sports team fan.

Jeff Hill

Prior to joining HB Wealth, Jeff was an analyst with a Registered Investment Advisor in Timonium.

Hugh Palmer

Hugh joined HB Wealth in January 2025 after working with WMS Partners for five years. He and his team work with their clients to help them achieve their financial goals through cash flow management, investing, and planning.

Prior to joining HB, Hugh served five years in the U.S. Army. He spent 18 months in Germany serving as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Reconnaissance Platoon Leader with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment. Following his time in Germany, he served as an Operations Officer and Executive Officer in the 75th Ranger Regiment.

Hugh earned his B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy and went on to receive his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Hugh enjoys spending time with his family and friends, including his wife and child. He also enjoys trail running, powerlifting, and gardening.

Prior to joining HB, Tony was a Managing Partner and Director of Private Wealth with Asset Strategy Consultants, President and Founder of the Belay Group, and Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities.

Tony is a board member and co-founder of The Josie King Foundation. He also serves on the board of Smart Patients.
