Vlada joined HB Wealth’s Palm Beach office in June 2022, bringing with her a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to supporting the firm’s investment and planning advisors. Her responsibilities span a wide range of essential functions, including office management, day-to-day client account administration, client service, meeting preparation, asset transfers, bill payments, client onboarding, and the handling of custodial and alternative investment paperwork. She also oversees consolidated reporting, executive administrative support, and coordination of tax reporting for CPAs, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of tax documents to clients and third-party advisors.
In addition to her operational expertise, Vlada plays a key role in fostering a positive team culture by organizing team-building activities and supporting internal engagement initiatives.
Vlada holds a B.A. in Translation and Interpreting from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and their two Maltese dogs. Together, they love traveling, biking, swimming, and boating. Vlada is also a passionate supporter of environmental causes and charitable organizations.
