Felicia joined HB Wealth in December 2024 as a Client Service Associate within HB Wealth’s Family Office division. In her role, she assists advisors with money movement, reconciliation, management, paperwork, and new client onboarding. She also helps with meeting preparation and follow-up, as well as private alternative investments and tax document coordination.
Before joining HB Wealth, Felicia most recently served as Branch Leader for Truist, assisting clients with their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service. She was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch and managed staffing, risk and compliance, financial goals and sales, client complaints, and more.
She received her Associate’s degree from Palm Beach State College and her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childcare and Education from Florida Atlantic University.
In her free time, Felicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and shopping.
