As the stock market continues its rally in Q4, we are hearing the following question a little more frequently: “Is the market forming a bubble?”. In this video, we will discuss three key reasons why the stock market has continued its rally and why it could continue into the new year.

  • The Federal Reserve (Fed) has resumed its rate-cutting cycle
  • The spigot of fiscal stimulus is fully open following the passage of the tax bill, benefiting companies in 2025 and expected to support consumers in 2026
  • Earnings momentum has been sustained by strong consumer demand even as the labor market has softened
